The area where the Marsa Siclà Residence is located offers the visitor a natural vegetation with some features that can be rarely seen along our coasts, like remained strips of natural biocoenosis, where you can find tamarisks, juniper and mastic, surrounded by a series of bushes and herbaceous dogbane and psamophile plants, typical of the most ancient Mediterranean scrub. The area represents a wood of particular historical and cultural interest, with vegetation characters of particular value both from the productive and environmental point of view. The small detached houses are placed in this wonderful natural setting, perfectly harmonized with the environmental context, that becomes the strong point of the complex, with the thousand year vegetation typical of the Mediterranean Sea coasts, the slopes, the perfume of the countryside mixed with the sea breeze, the breathtaking panorama that can be enjoyed from any point overlooking the sea.
