Geography

The area where the Marsa Siclà Residence is, is situated in the county of Torre Samuele, in the territory of the town of Scicli, in the province of Ragusa, and it is only visible from inside the lot itself, which confers it a sort of natural “privacy”. It borders on its North side with the Pozzallo – Sampieri railway, on the West with green areas, on the South-East with lands of property of the Sampieri limited reliable co. where the Village-hotel “Baia Samuele” is located. The access to the lot is a small private street, behind the provincial Pozzallo – Sampieri street.
