The concept that inspired the architectural features of the Marsa Siclà Residence is that of the “Mediterraneity” which means an ideal embrace of all the cultures in touch through the “Mare Nostrum”. From the nearby northern Africa, that suggested the choice of the external wall painting, were borrowed the "dammuso” shingles, also typical of the architecture of Pantelleria, Arabic heritage which is present throughout the Sicilian architectural technique. Also the handmade cotta decorations and the forms the columns that hold up the pergolas reinforce the concept of an architecture which is common to all the countries of the Mediterranean basin.

Building features

The buildings are manufactured in an high quality standard and are equipped with all the necessary comforts of modern technology.
All the apartments and villas are air conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, telephone connection, video entry system and alarm system.
Each unit has a private parking space and a garden planted with native species; on request planting of lawn.

The resort

The “Residence Marsa Siclà” is a " self-settlement complex in a closed environment for collective use", in fact all the primary and secondary works of urbanization are exclusive property of condos that will ensure the maintenance and decoration of the common parts.
Within the complex Marsa Siclà two types of users can be identified; at first the residence, which involves 5 of the buildings and part of the common area, while the remaining part will be sold in single properties with participation calculated in  thousands of the resting common areas.
The creation of a small residence is the guarantee for the management and maintenance of the buildings and the common areas and will, subsequently, allow an easy placement on the unit on the tourist market.

TYPE A

The "A" residential type: It consists of one-storey detached houses placed in the most panoramic area of the lot. This type is made with traditional techniques, bearing masonry, and it is equipped with all the modern technologies. Each unit can be divided into two three-room apartments, each with its own and paired entrance that gives onto the private garden of pertinence. In each apartment, two paired comfortable pergolate verandas on both sides of the living/dining room, make the day area more enjoyable. The environments of each apartment can be broken down according to personal needs or following the map on top, with one or two bedrooms.

TYPE C

The “C” residential type: it consists of two-storey detached houses, that include eight apartments. The building, in respect of the land quotes, is developed on two levels, making the apartments better aired and enlightened. On the ground floor there are three-room apartments, on the first floor there are two-room apartments, each with its own entrance on its private garden. There are two pergolate verandas in the apartments on the ground floor, those on the first floor, instead, have a large and panoramic terrace with a pergola. It is possible to create other solutions, different by those already in the project, by customizing the apartments.
